Dear Members,

As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic moves through Texas and the United States, Texas Health Credit Union continues to monitor the situation and take steps to protect our members, staff and their families while providing uninterrupted access to our financial services.

We have closed our lobby to walk in traffic and reduced our drive thru hours. Beginning Monday April 6th, the new drive thru hours will be 9:00-4:00 Monday – Friday and 9:00-Noon on Saturday. Our staff will continue to answer phones 9:00-4:00 Monday - Friday. In addition, we will be glad to schedule appointments to close loans or access your THCU safe deposit box. Anyone entering the credit union must wear a mask and sanitize their hands.

Now more than ever, we encourage you to take advantage of our free remote service options, including:

  • Online Banking and our mobile banking app - Our online services offer self-service banking and 24/7 access to your accounts, including remote check deposit through our mobile app. To enroll, choose online banking from our website at www.thcu.org and enroll online on the left side of the screen.
  • Electronically sign most all loan documents (ask your loan officer for details).
  • Contact the Credit Union by Phone – (512) 454-4636, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Find over 300 Free ATM’s at www.freecuatms.org

Should you have the need to visit the credit union, we encourage you to utilize our drive thru lanes. If inside assistance is necessary, you will find our employees exhibiting enhanced personal wellness practices in accordance with current government recommendations.

Your accounts are safe and insured by not only the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) but also Excess Share Insurance (ESI).  If you are experiencing a financial hardship due to the outbreak and are having a difficult time with existing loan payments, please contact us at 512-454-4636 and ask to speak with the loan department for assistance.
