Official Rules: No account opening, membership, or purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, complete a registration form at any THCU event. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize drawings will take place within three (3) days following the designated THCU event. Winners must respond to notification within 24 hours to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited within 48 hours of notification. Participants must be Texas residents and at least 18 years of age. Employees of Texas Health Credit Union, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Prize winners shall be solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if any. All expenses not specifically provided for herein, including transportation to and from the venue, parking, concessions, and merchandise (if applicable), are the winner’s sole responsibility. Any winner who is, or has previously been, a member of THCU must be in “good standing” as defined by the policies of THCU, and cannot have been disqualified for membership with THCU, or the prize(s) will be forfeited.
By accepting a prize, the winner(s) consent(s) to disclosure of their name(s) and agree to grant THCU the right to use their name(s), likeness, and/or photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
Participants agree that Texas Health Credit Union and its employees and/or officials (collectively, “THCU Parties”), and each of their respective affiliates, members, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively, “Releasees”), shall not be liable for and are hereby released from any losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the contest, acceptance of the prize, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer system, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any misdirected entries. Participants also agree that the individuals and entities listed in this paragraph are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to a participant related to or resulting from any part of this contest. IN NO EVENT WILL TEXAS HEALTH CREDIT UNION, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OR MARKETING PARTNERS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, OR ANY OTHER RELEASEES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST.
