Update Vehicle Insurance

Below is the information we need from your insurance company. A liability card alone will not contain all of this information. We’ll need a full policy, a declarations page, or a binder for our records.

  1. Texas Health Credit Union, 4800 Grover Ave, Austin, TX 78756 listed as Lienholder/Loss Payee
  2. Comprehensive and Collision coverage on vehicle with deductibles not to exceed $500
  3. Collateral must match collateral on loan document
  4. Policy Number, Policy Period, and Insurance Company Name MUST be listed
  5. The insurance policy MUST show coverage from the inception date of the loan
  6. No Excluded Drivers
